We offer whole animal processing workshops that take students through the journey of lovingly taking the life of a sheep, skinning, eviscerating, and breaking down the animal to prepare it to be cooked whole over fire.  Some of our workshops include a full day of instruction on how to prepare an animal for an asado and how to cook it over fire. 

In addition to hands-on instruction every step of the way,  we delve deeply into the spiritual and emotional elements of what it means to take the life of an animal to feed ourselves and our loved ones.  We hold a tender group space to explore our grief, our individual and collective relationship to death, and to examine how we have become so far removed from having a hand in these beautiful cycles of life and death in our modern world.
