We offer whole animal barbeque as a way to feed a gathering that engages guests in the cooking process and offers a beautiful space involving interactive live fire cooking.  We cook a whole sheep or multiple animals depending on how many people we are feeding.  We do this in the traditional Argentine Asado style of cooking the animal whole and butterflied on a crucero, low and slow over hot coals.
